| WHAT MAKES TROOP 125 SPECIAL
Troop 125 may have been around a long time, but that doesn't mean we are set in our old ways. The Troop has a strong, year-round outdoor program, which typically culminates every summer with an exciting high-adventure trek and a weeklong stay at Camp Parsons, Chief Seattle's outstanding camp by the waters of Hood Canal. The Troop also instills in Scouts a strong sense of citizenship through our annual participation in events such as Scouting for Food, Postal Employees' Food Drive, Seattle Marathon, and volunteering for service activities with local organizations such as Woodland Park Presbyterian Church (our charter home), local food banks, Seattle Parks, and others. Ours is a small but diverse, close-knit, and welcoming Troop. |
