Renter is responsible for replacement cost of all damage as a result of misuse, abuse, or nature (such as high winds – renter must take down and secure then to protect it) In case of high wind: gently walk out center poles, then lower side poles. Tighten ropes on stakes. Detail instructions will be provided if renter is available at the time of tent setup.

 No cooking in tent, or renter will pay to repair or replace tent if damaged. Deposit will be kept and used toward replacement of “cooking in tent” canopy damage. Minimum age for renting a tent is 21 years old.

 Renter is 100% responsible for any injury or property damage. No walking on tent or allowing lighting close to tent material.

 CANCELLATION CHARGE: $30 CHARGE IF CANCELED LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.
